Working principle

Sawdust carbonization machine,Sawdust, rice husk, coconut husk, etc. and various biomass materials are crushed (less than 10mm in size), dried (with a moisture content of less than 15%), and transported through the feeding into the inside of the carbonization pipeline. Ways to seal the feed inlet and add gaskets to the pipe joints to achieve oxygen-free heating, thereby dehumidifying, decomposing and carbonizing. The gas produced in this process is processed by the flue gas purification device to achieve smokeless emission; the combustible gas is collected and sent to the bottom of the furnace body for combustion and utilization.
