Working principle

Rotary drum dryer wet material enters the drying cylinder through the conveyor and is repeatedly raised and thrown down by the lifting plate on the wall of the rotating cylinder. During the falling process, it scatters into fine particles. The heated area is greatly increased, and it is fully contacted with hot air for drying.

Fire box: Red bricks and refractory bricks are built to ensure its sturdiness and thermal insulation; the internal design of a firewall prevents flames from entering the drum, which is highly safe.

Rotary drum, lifting plate: thickened national standard steel plate to ensure its durability and no deformation.

The gear and magnetic ring are thickened cast iron parts, and the idler rollers are treated with high temperature carburizing.

Insulation: The outside of the drum is wrapped with flame-retardant insulation cotton, which has good insulation and saves fuel.
