Working principle

Hammer mill, the raw material passes through the feed port and passes through a high-speed rotating rotor with a hammer. The impact principle is fully used for crushing treatment, and the finished product after cutting and crushing is discharged with high air flow and wind pressure. The hammer mill’s finished product size is mainly controlled by the aperture of the screen.

Hammer: 65Mn after heat treatment, high wear resistance, high hardness.

Lining board: Manganese steel.

Screen: No. 45 cold rolled plate, acid and alkali resistance, good rust resistance.

Spindle: No. 45 steel quenched and tempered, the rotor is checked and balanced.
