The hot air is heated by the fire box, and the moist material passes through the inlet, and the wet material and hot air are sent into the pipeline by the high-pressure fan, so that the hot air and the moist material flow co-currently, and then pass through the pipeline with a certain reasonable journey to revolve and transport. A granular dry material is obtained.
Fire box: thickened high-temperature resistant steel plate is used on the outside to ensure its durability; internally built with refractory insulation bricks (high alumina bricks) to ensure its thermal insulation; the inside of the furnace is designed with a firewall to avoid the entry of flames and ensure safety.
